The Course

The aim of this workshop is to help individuals acquire the skills of mindfulness  and apply them to everyday activities. Mindfulness can promote greater self-understanding, calmness and clarity of vision. The simple yet powerful principles of mindfulness can be beneficial to everyone, regardless of religious beliefs.
