What is ‘Improving self-esteem’? 

Low self-confidence can be created by a variety of factors, and over a period of time can seriously hamper an individual’s life, both on a personal and professional level. It can also give rise to stress and anxiety, resulting in negative thoughts and beliefs, which further exacerbate the problem. 

The Course

This course looks at the possible causes of low self-esteem, formulating the problem and exploring ways to improve self-esteem, using your own internal resources. You are also taught how to manage stress and anxiety, and have a positive attitude by changing your thoughts, beliefs and actions.
